In my opinion my most important resource will be my employees. It takes employees with a goal-oriented mindset who are smart in order to make an idea work in my opinions.

  1. Hi Viet. I agree that your most important resource will be your employees. They are the ones who carry out your plans and allow the business to operate. Moreover, I think your advantage of people wanting to do the right thing will be very helpful for getting customers. The businesses should benefit from people realizing that the environment needs to be protected and they can do their part to help. One recommendation I have is to further your knowledge of how the plastic bag policy should be implemented across borders as you expand your business.
